Frequently Asked Questions

 Question:
What are the annual dues and when are they to be paid?


Answer:
GBE Homeowner Association Dues:  $750 annually
Boat Slip Fee: $800
Boat Shore Station Fee: $250
PWC Slip Fee: $200
Kayak, Paddle-Board Rack Fee: $50 ​

All fees and dues are approved by the general membership annually and are  due by January 15th.​


Question:
Can I bring a grill to the park?

Answer:
No grills, campfires, fireworks or candles are allowed in the park at any time.

​Question:
Can I bring drinks on the pier?

Answer:
Drinks are allowed on the pier provided they are in plastic bottles or aluminum cans. Under no circumstances are glass containers allowed on the pier at any time.

Question:
Who can use the park or pier?

Answer:
The  park and pier may be used by GBE homeowners and their immediate  families. Friends may use the park and pier provided they are  accompanied by the homeowner.


​Question:
Can I host a group picnic at the park?

Answer:
​You can, but any group larger than 15 requires board approval.


Question:
Can I bring my pet to the park or pier?

Answer:
Pets are permitted in the park or on the pier except weekends and holidays
