Geneva Bay Estates by-laws define the association’s organizational  structure and the rules and regulations of governance.  The by-laws have  been updated eight times since they were first put in place in 1959;  most recently in February 2016. They may be altered, amended or repealed  and new by‑laws may be adopted by a majority vote of all homeowners in  the association. The vote may be conducted at any annual or special  meeting of the members.
